It also lubricates and protects seals and provide an optimum damping characteristics over a wide temperature range. Viscosity 0W-30 WT.
Please note: Rock Shox Fork Oil is available with different viscosities. The proper oil for your suspension fork or rear shock is recommended by the manufacturer and can be found in the the fork/shocks instruction manual.
